From Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon
- 1 1/2 lbs filet of whitefish such as sole, whiting , cod, or turbot
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 – 1 tsp sea salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 TBSP snipped fresh herbs
- about TBSP butter
Place fish in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, herbs and sea salt. Dot with butter. Cover baking dish with foil ( do not let the foil touch the fish) and bake at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes.
