Baked Whitefish

1 1/2 lbs filet of whitefish such as sole, whiting , cod, or turbot juice of 1 lemon 1/2 – 1 tsp sea salt pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) 1 TBSP snipped fresh herbs about TBSP butter
